Supervision
Are you looking for a supervisor?
Trained in the Person-Centred Approach, I offer supervision grounded in empathy, authenticity and respect, creating a supportive and collaborative professional relationship where supervisees feel safe to reflect openly on all aspects of their client work and professional development. My extensive experience as both a counsellor and counselling tutor enables me to support practitioners with sensitivity, insight and a strong understanding of ethical and therapeutic practice.
Drawing on my experience working with adults, young people, survivors of abuse, and those within educational settings, I aim to provide a reflective space where strengths can be recognised, challenges explored and areas for growth thoughtfully developed. Together, we can explore clinical work openly and without judgement, identifying opportunities for learning and professional development through discussion, reflection, further reading and training.
Alongside supporting clinical practice, I place strong importance on supervisee wellbeing and the therapeutic relationship, helping practitioners feel contained, supported and confident in their work. My supervision practice is underpinned by the BACP Ethical Framework, encouraging safe, ethical and effective counselling practice for the benefit of both counsellor and client.
